Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Required Notice
We value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage session to avoid any charges.
Late arrival Policy
Late arrivals will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session at the full original price, as we must honor the next client's start time.
Cancellation Fees
- Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
- No-Shows: Clients who do not arrive for their appointment and provide no notice will be charged the full 100% service fee.
