Bobbie received her Massage Therapy Certificate from Virginia School of Professional Studies in Virginia Beach. In addition, she has studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Physicalmind Institute in New York City where she received her certificates for Holistic Health Coaching and Pilates Instruction. Bobbie recieved her Yoga teacher training with Grace Morales in Charlotte, NC and her Qi Gong instructor training through Supreme Science Qi Gong.
Along with her national certification in personal training she has over 20 years professional experience in the field of health and mindbody fitness. She considers her work as a massage therapist, holistic health coach and fitness instructor to be ways of living in accord with her personal values, and life-purpose to contribute toward a healthier world.
Her professional skills and bodywork interests include:   Relaxation massage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki  Energy Healing, Chakra Energy Balancing, Crystal Energy Healing, Pregnancy Massage, Massage and Stretch Sessions, and Integrative Therapeutic massage, which involves various techniques such as neuromuscular, myofascial, deep tissue and acupressure techniques and stretches to achieve a specific therapeutic result. She also offers meditation coaching, crystal energy healing as well as holistic intuitive healing sessions that include sound, light, and aromatherapy..  Bobbie’s passion is to help others to nourish and connect to their body’s own natural self-healing process for a strong immune system, optimum healing and optimum well-being-BODY, HEART, MIND, SOUL, SPIRIT.   She treasures massage therapy, bodywork and mindbody fitness training as a valuable tool for healing physical problems, releasing mental and emotional stress, and being more present in the body and in the moment for nourishing balance and harmony in life. Her intention as a professional massage therapist, holistic health coach, and mindbody fitness instructor is to help others experience the transformative, healing power of massage therapy and bodywork; and more importantly, help others be positively empowered towards self-healing, peace, harmony, and happiness living life to the highest potential in the present moment for the greatest good.

Chrissy received her therapeutic massage training at the New York Institute of Massage, then a 750 hour program, in 1997 and has since continued her education to advance her skills in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Neuro-muscular, Myofascial, and Structural Alignment work. She customizes all her bodywork to fit each client’s specific needs, whether it’s for chronic pain relief, soft tissue injury recovery, tension reduction, relaxation or a combination of these, she integrates the most appropriate massage modalities to meet those goals.
She incorporates the philosophy of “perpetual learning” in her everyday practice, seeing every client and each massage session as an opportunity to expand her knowledge. She considers herself lucky to work in a profession where she strives to help people feel better every day.
