Chrissy received her therapeutic massage training at the New York Institute of Massage, then a 750 hour program, in 1997 and has since continued her education to advance her skills in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Neuro-muscular, Myofascial, and Structural Alignment work. She customizes all her bodywork to fit each client’s specific needs, whether it’s for chronic pain relief, soft tissue injury recovery, tension reduction, relaxation or a combination of these, she integrates the most appropriate massage modalities to meet those goals.
She incorporates the philosophy of “perpetual learning” in her everyday practice, seeing every client and each massage session as an opportunity to expand her knowledge. She considers herself lucky to work in a profession where she strives to help people feel better every day.
